Isn’t this a cool concept?  I was walking around Mill Ave in Tempe, AZ and saw what looked like a parking meter but was, in fact, a way to donate spare change to help the homeless.  I couldn’t resist donating to buy someone a bus ticket.

Has anyone else seen this in their city?
