I was feeling down about starting a blog but then…
I read one of my favorites (Roni, above) and it inspired me once again. She has gone where I want to go and I don’t want to stop until I get there.
I’ve really committed to normal eating this week but I don’t want to make my entire blog about food, fitness and weight loss. So I’ve decided to dedicate one day a week to my progress.
This blog and every post I do is all part of my journey to a healthier, more fun and adventurous person. I don’t want to get to the end of my life and feel I didn’t full relish my time. That’s what all of this is about!
I plan to post my first “progress report” later today!
